How to use
1-Spray some water on brow groomer (not soap directly)
2- Dip your brow groomer into brow soap to lightly coat the bristles. With product brush through your brows, flicking upwards and out to create a feathered look.
3-This brow soap can be worn alone or over your favorite brow powder pencil or pen.
